Creative Reset is a facilitated art experience designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with their creativity, and reduce stress through guided artistic exploration.

 

Using simple art materials and mindful prompts, participants engage in a creative process that encourages curiosity, play, and self-expression without pressure or judgment.

 

The focus is the experience of creating, rather than producing a perfect artwork.
